Rally Bar Camera Image suddenly Goes Dark?

Randomly and with no warning, the rally bar camera image will go very dark. It does not matter what we use to show or record an image after this, it is always dark. I have to do a factory reset to get the brightness back to normal.

Judging from the description, there are several possibilities that explain this behavior.

  • In the settings of the Rally Bar under Camera there is the possibility to deactivate the automatic white balance. Check if this setting is enabled. Using the Logitech Sync app, you can restore the defaults in many settings.
  • Alternatively, you can set the white balance manually here for a permanent setting.
  • Turn off the device and remove it from the power supply for a few minutes.
  • There may be a defect in the hardware, contact Logitech support for a repair or replacement of the device.
