LogitechHi, we have installed multiple android Rally bars with and without additional mics in to standard office environments, standard rooms with standard height ceilings with suspended ceiling tiles etc. but almost everyone using it says it’ s all good at their end but the remote participates all complain that they can’ t hear the speakers in the room with the Rally Bar’ s, especially if the air con is switched on?
The integrated microphonesare not quite comparable to the Mic Pods. Since the distance to the speaker is higher, the audio parameters have to be tuned better.
Install the latest firmware (there have been some optimizations in the meantime).
In addition, you can adjust microphone settings in the audio settings of the Rally Bar (or via Sync).
