What can I do if BYOD mode did not show on 2nd TV.

My company have installed Logitech rally bars with zoom room and BYOD and 2 HDMI out to 2 TVs. Other Rally Bar will switch to BOYD mode with 5 second countdown automatically when I Plugged in the USB and HDMI. But 1 of the room appear the "switch" icon and have to press manually to switch to BYOD mode. After i press the switch icon, only 1st TV will show what my laptop showing, 2nd TV will only show black background and meeting room name. What can I do without factory reset it. Firmware is at 1.8.716, this firmware version is working fine for other rally bar.

It is not entirely clear how the system is set up. I assume that the system is installed with e.g. a Crestron or Q-Sys. In this case you need to ask your integrator. It may be that an additional cable needs to be connected or a configuration needs to be adjusted.
