Why can't I update devices via Teams Admin Center?
Attempts to update the firmware via TAC (Teams Admin Center) do not work if outbound firewall access to Microsoft servers is not allowed. Is there a workaround?

Yes, there is a workaround.
Allow ping access to ping.vc.logitech.com
Logitech is working on a solution. You can also enable access for the update only and then disable it again. Always keep your system up to date in case a bug fix is released in the near future.
