LogitechI have a Rally Bar set up in my meeting room in Sync, but it has suddenly disappeared. I found out that it is automatically deprovisioned when it is connected to a laptop running the Sync app via the USB port. How can I prevent this and have my Rally Bar appear in Sync again?
An older version of CollabOS is probably still installed. Install the Rally Bar mini on a laptop Logitech Sync Update to the latest version of CollabOS and provision it again.
