CollabOS: Adds LNA Plus Audio Support And RightSight 2 Improvements
Improvements
Local Network Access (LNA)
Previously available as beta in CollabOS 1.5, Local Network Access can now be used to set up devices and configure additional settings that were not available previously.
· Complete the out-of-box experience (OOBE) setup for Rally Bar and Rally Bar Mini.
· Configure network settings (wired or wireless), service provider, regional settings, and more.
· Connect devices to Sync using a provisioning code.

· Important: LNA is disabled by default.
· Note: LNA is also now available for RoomMate, Tap IP, and Tap Scheduler as part of the CollabOS 1.6 update.

Expanded audio system support
· Rally Bar Mini now supports up to 3 Mic Pods and 2 Mic Pod Hubs.
· Rally Bar now supports up to 4 Mic Pods and 2 Mic Pod Hubs.
RightSight 2 speed controls
· Group View - Increase or decrease the speed at which the camera frames meeting participants.
· Speaker View (Beta) - Control how quickly the camera responds to speakers and how quickly it reframes active speakers.

Tap screen auto-rotate
· You can now set Tap (USB) to automatically rotate its screen depending on how the device is oriented.
MTU packet size customization
· You can now customize the network MTU packet size from the device.
Zoom Room Appliance External Camera Support
· Zoom Rooms powered by Rally Bar or Rally Bar Mini can now toggle between the built-in camera and Rally Camera or MeetUp with PTZ controls.
Microphone performance
· Improvements to the noise suppression algorithm to improve the quality of voice.
· Improvements in Speaker Boost mode when the speaker voice is moving between multiple midpods
Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android
· Teams Admin Settings is now accessible from CollabOS on-device settings.
Bug fixes
· Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android
§ Fixed an issue where an active Teams Rooms on Android call would end when BYOD is triggered using USB cable to PC or using Logitech Swytch.
· Zoom Rooms Appliance
§ Fixed an issue wherein certain scenarios the content shared using on-device HDMI ingest only used left channel audio.
· Fixed issue where specific dual displays are connected, and the second display would not go to sleep.
· Fixed issue where in high latency proxy network setup, the proxy information would need to be entered twice during onboarding to take effect.
· Fixed issue where the French Canadian Keyboard was using AZERTY layout instead of QWERTY layout.
· Fixed issue wherein a specific proxy network setup, the device would not be able to download the CollabOS update.
Open issues
Local Network Access (LNA)
· Connecting to an 802.1X wireless network is not supported in this release.
§ Workaround: Use the on-device setup flow to connect to an 802.1X wireless network.
