LogitechInitially after installing Sync software Rally camera would track but I was missing multiple devices. I updated the Sync software and also the firmware for the camera and now all devices show up in Sync but camera no longer tracks. We launched a zoom meeting and all the audio works and camera displays but will not track. Suggestions or thoughts?
It is possible that the firmware update has disabled the RightSight function. This function can be switched on again with the "Sync" application.
In addition, it is possible that by pressing the preset button the RightSight function is deactivated. However, this would have to have been pressed every time a call was started.
