Logitech Rally Plus - How to project BYOD Laptop connected to Table Top Hub?

I have a Logitech Rally Plus system with Roommate and IP Tap
Have everything working but when I plug a hdmi cable into the table hub it does the normal video blink /refresh on the laptop screen to show it was connected but when I select share on the IP Tap
It says no devices connected – To project content, connect a device via HDMI.
Note – if I connect laptop to Roommate connected to display hub – it projects laptop content per IP Tap
Any ideas how to project Laptop content connected to tabletop hub?
