LogitechWhen there is an on going call, camera icon appears disabled and the rally camera is off. When you click on shared desktop icon, the rally camera is switched on, and begins to work properly. We don't know how to solve this and enable de MS Teams camera icon to enable/disable rally camera.

Did you ever find a solution to this problem? I have a brand new setup doing the same thing. If you go in and view peripherals in MTR settings it sees the camera and does the preview. Just when you go to into a meeting the icon is greyed out, but if you push the present button it turns on the camera.
I had the same problem with multiple room devices, and managed I to resolve (after a lot of frustration). In the Teams settings, under Peripherals, set the "Content Camera" to NONE.
