Rally Plus system shows camera on HDMI input for 1 second then cuts out and can't bring it back without a restart?

We recently had a Rally Plus installed and ever since installation, the system refuses to show on the television.

The camera works perfectly, sound is OK, just no picture. It shows for a second on startup and then cuts out.

Same behaviour observed across multiple HDMI cables and multiple input sources. Sound and camera works perfectly for users on the other end, just people in the room cannot see.

Tried contacting installer who has been less than helpful, so hoping to try and find a fix here before paying for a contractor to come out or for new hardware that might not work.
