Logitech Swytch not visible in Logitech Sync?

Since last week, various Logitech Swytch systems are no longer visible on Logitech Sync. This was tested with 2 independent notebooks. In the middle of last week everything was still working.

Directly on the Swytch Hub is a USB C port marked blue. When you connect this port to your computer, the Swytch should appear in Logitech Sync and you can update the firmware to the latest version. It is best to use a working USB C data cable for this. There are also USB C cables that are only suitable for charging. It is not possible to access it via the Logitech Y adapter.

  • Also test if only the Swytch Hub is connected to the computer via USB C Blue. When the Swytch appears in Sync, you can plug in the rest of the devices.
