The swytch does not work that well with Mac PC, why?

When connecting to a Windows PC the swytch works great with no problem but! connected a Mac Pc for the first time, it works well, unplug the Mac PC for a couple of minuets then plug it back in we get a black screen on the monitor and at times the swytch will lock up and we are not able to use any PC Windows or Mac. Do you know a fix for this issue? is there an upgrade or download of any kind to resolved this issue?

Hello,

try again to download the latest Dipslay Link driver for your Mac.

After that you can update your Logitech Swytch.

To do this, download logitech Sync and connect your device to the "USB C PC" port of the Swytch hub. Open the logitech Sync application. After a short time your Swytch should appear.

I just spent a great deal of time getting frustrated with this and found the most absurd solution. There is a correct side up to the USB-C connection in the Y Adapter. If you plug it in to a device "logi" logo side up, it will not work. If you plug it in "bump in the adapter" side up, it works as intended.
