Logitechon 9/26/22 we started seeing rooms using sync 2.5.125 with Health=Error and State=available. The camera settings in Sync are all greyed out? Only way to clear the errors is to power cycle the Rally Bar? Has there been a feature update to Sync 2.5.125?
There is a new update for Sync to version 3.0.236 as of 03/15/2023. Make sure your organization does not have any firewall restrictions that prevent the Sync app from communicating with Sync Portal. For more detailed port releases: https://prosupport.logi.com/hc/de/articles/360044122654
