Depends on which version you use. But in both cases (Zoom or Skype/Teams) there is a user logout button in the settings. For Zoom you might have to enter the password 00000 to get into the settings.
Afterwards you should get into the standard Win 10 user selection.
The default password for Zoom is Zoom123.
For teams/Skype: sfb
