The firmware of the Logitech Tap System can be updated as follows:
- Via Sync Sofware. The room PC / Rally Bar / RoomMate must be connected to the TAP. So the Sync software recognizes the TAP device and can update it
- Via Rally Bar, provided that the TAP is connected to the USB interface of the Rally Bar and the Rally Bar has internet access
