Screen goes blank?
The screen will go blank and then come back on. Sometimes I see a message saying HMDI not connected?

- Check the cabling: make sure all cables are properly connected and that the HDMI cable is firmly connected to the Tap and the display.
- Update the firmware: Check for updates to the Logitech Tap and update the firmware if necessary.
- Check the power supply: Make sure that the Tap is properly powered and that the power adapter is connected correctly.
- Test the PC: Check the PC/ Rally Bar that the Tap is connected to to make sure it is working properly. You may need to change the USB port or reboot the PoE power adapter.
