Tap Response?

Hello,

When people enter the conference room to join a meeting at times, the TAP is unresponsive. There's no way to join a meeting with the TAP unresponsive.

This behavior is becoming more prevalent.

Hello,

We had a similar issue to this where after not being used for a while the Tap would freeze and need to be reconnected to work again.

We raised this with Logitech and the issue ended up being with the power saving settings. Once we turned power saving off the issue stopped occurring. Logitech says that this will be resolved in an upcoming patch.

Not sure if you are using power saving but worth checking. Hope this helps.
