Can an administrator mute an individual?

As an admin/organizer, is it possible to mute an individual that's making unnecessary noise during a meeting? How do I do that? Is there a function to mute everyone all at once as well?

Yes, as an organizer you can mute the person making the noise during a meeting. This can be done by clicking on the microphone icon next to the participant's name.

To mute/unmute a single attendee:

  1. Open the attendee list by clicking the People pane
  2. Click the audio icon next to the attendee's name or click the More icon to Mute/Unmute
  3. If attendee muted themselves, click the Arrow icon next to their names and click Send unmute request (since organizers can't unmute them) for them to unmute themselves (this type of request is only available on the desktop and web app)

To mute/unmute everyone:

  1. Open the attendee list by clicking thePeople pane
  2. Click Mute all or Unmute all
