What are the differences between GoToMeeting and GoToWebinar?

GoToMeeting is a software-based video conferencing tool used for group interactions/discussions. GoToWebinar is basically the webinar version of GoToMeeting. Both can hold up to 3000 participants. I listed some key differences below for your reference:

GoToMeeting

• An open meeting structure, anyone can speak
• The basic plan is $12 USD (rates vary depending on your add ons)
• Polls and Survey feature not available
• The file transfer feature is not available
• Supports instant meeting without scheduling and planning

GoToWebinar

• In a presentation structure which means the host is the only one who can speak. Attendees can "raise their hand" if they want to speak up but it is still up to the host to allow them to do so
• The basic plan is $49 USD (goes up to $399)
• Polls and Surveys feature available
• File transfer feature for team members is available
• Needs to be scheduled and planned
