The reason that you are getting “The email address is already in use” is that the user you are trying to add already has a LogMeIn account. All you can do to address this is to ask the user (the one that you are trying to add) to request from their current admin in having their accounts removed. Or you should ask the user to contact GoToMeeting for assistance for the said concern so that you may add that user.
