Azure Databricks now supports Anthropic Claude Opus 4.7 through Azure Databricks AI Model Serving. Claude Opus 4.7 is Anthropic's most capable hybrid reasoning model, delivering stronger performance on complex extraction and agentic reasoning tasks while using fewer output tokens than its predecessor. The model features a 1 million token context window and increased image resolution support, advancing accuracy, efficiency, and vision capabilities over earlier Opus versions.

Claude Opus 4.7 is ideal for enterprise applications requiring deep analysis, document understanding, and sophisticated multi-step workflows - including teams building AI agents and organizations processing large volumes of unstructured data. The model runs securely within the Azure Databricks environment with access available through pay-per-token Foundation Model APIs and (where enabled) provisioned or workspace-level throughput options in supported regions.
