• Ask Copilot in Excel to add a formula column based on a selected table in your spreadsheet and analyze your data.

MS Word
Use Copilot to do any of the following with the selected text, list, or table:

• Revise or paraphrase existing content
• Explain your selected content in more detail
• Enhance your content with statistics and additional information

MS Powerpoint
Create presentations from information in PDFs
Copilot in PowerPoint can now read and search your PDF files, whether you link to them directly or let Copilot find them.
Ask Copilot, "Create a presentation using /[PDF]."

Copilot
Save time by referencing multiple files and let Copilot handle the rest.
Ask Copilot, "Summarize my emails, chats, and presentations from last week." Or, "Create a to-do list from my 3 Teams meetings on July 3."
