• [iOS & Android] Support new policy to disable the ability to edit or add favorites (To enable this feature, need to configure com.microsoft.intune.mam.managedbrowser.EditFavoritesEnabled=false)

• [iOS] Fix the issue about the web page is in disabled state when returning to the foreground after IdleTimeoutAction policy is configured
