Fixes an issue in which the Distributed Cache service doesn't start after a slipstream installation.
This security update also contains a fix in Project Server:
- Fixes an issue in which the selected view properties, such as filter and group settings, are not retained when the page is refreshed or when the user switches to a different page. This issue occurs in Project Server Subscription Edition and Project Server 2019. This behavior differs from the behavior in Project Server 2016 that causes the user's page settings and property preferences to be persisted.
