Resolved issues

• Resolves an issue where the Surface Hub password rotation feature did not work as expected with Microsoft Entra ID-based device accounts.
• Resolves an issue where some Surface Hubs joined to Microsoft Entra ID or configured with a local administrator account could fail to synchronize their computer clock.
