How do I set up specific authorization in Teams shifts?

Hello everyone,
I would like the members of my team to be able to transfer open shifts to themselves. In addition, they should be able to copy the shifts.Without sending requests. But plan everything independently.
I have set the authorizations in the teams so that the members can claim open shifts.I want to prevent the team members from editing or adapting the shifts, they should only be able to transfer existing open shifts to themselves.
Does anyone know how I can set this up?Any advice or suggestions would be very helpful.
Many thanks in advance for your support!
Best regards,Filiz

Hello, as you have already noticed, your employees must always request the shifts. You cannot set any other authorizations. Only the "manager" can edit the schedule or as the owner of the group.
