- Microsoft Teams: Ability for meeting participants to edit their display name: Teams meeting participants will be able to edit their display name, enabling more flexibility in their meeting presence, regardless of their tenant set display name. Users can make this change during the meeting and it will persist throughout the duration of the meeting.
- Shared line history on Teams Phone devices: The shared line history feature on Teams Phone devices allows users to view call logs for all shared lines within a group. This enables group members to track incoming and outgoing calls, monitor call activities, and maintain a comprehensive call history for better collaboration and communication on phone devices.
- Users can resize their Teams window, and left and right panels in the product: Microsoft Teams desktop can be resized to 360x502 or 502x360 to prioritize what is most important, and the left and right panes can also be resized for improved multitasking.
- Microsoft Teams: Admin control on In-meeting only chat: This feature allows you to control chat duration in meetings organized by in-tenant users through the Teams Admin Center. When the policy is enabled, messages can only be sent while the meeting is active.
- Speed dial customization on line keys for touch phones: This feature allows you to configure custom contacts and speed dial on the line key of touch phone devices certified for Microsoft Teams. It enables you to swiftly access frequently dialed numbers and contacts, with one-touch/press dialing and effortless management of contact lists on touch devices.
