New Chat Features and Keyboard Shortcuts in Teams

New Features:

• Reply to a message in chat: You can now reply to a specific message in chat. Hover over the message you want to reply to, select More options > Reply. A preview of the message will show up in the typing box.

Enhancements:

• New keyboard shortcuts in chat: Navigate in Teams chat using new keyboard shortcuts. For example:
• Press the Up and Down arrow keys to move through your chat list.
• Use Ctrl+Shift+R (Cmd+Shift+R on macOS) to focus on the compose box and send a message.
