How can I change the language for one user or for all users?

The display language you select changes the default language used by Windows features, such as Settings and File Explorer.

To change the language for the logged-in user, follow these steps:

1. Go to: Settings>Time & Language>Language
2. Choose a language:

• From the Windows display language menu, select the desired language.
• If the language you want isn’t listed, under Preferred languages, select Add a language to install it.

To change the language for all users, follow these steps:

1. Click: “Administrative language settings” under Settings: Time & Language; Language section.
2. Click: “Copy Settings” under Welcome Screen and new user accounts.
3. Select: One or both checkboxes at the bottom to apply the currently selected language settings to all and new user accounts.
