Sign in screen supports captive portal
The quick settings on the sign-in screen now supports connecting to captive portal Wi-Fi networks, allowing users to connect and authenticate to such networks before signing in to the device.

Product improvements and bug fixes
This release has improvements to accessibility, performance, updates and connection reliability across setup. Connection detail improvements, now users can copy information from the connection details by using Ctrl+C on the connection detail dialog box. Fixes for internet connectivity issues and quick settings access, along with improvements to Cloud PC startup time.
