External identity support is now in preview for the Windows App on macOS and Android.

Intelligent pre‑start for Windows 365 Frontline (dedicated mode) is now generally available

We’re excited to announce the general availability of intelligent pre‑start for Windows 365 Frontline in dedicated mode. This capability uses predictive insights to determine when a user is likely to connect and proactively starts their Cloud PC in advance, so it’s ready when they sign in. By reducing the time required for the Cloud PC to boot, Intelligent pre‑start helps minimize connection delays and improves the overall login experience for Frontline users.

This enhancement is designed to support task‑based and time‑bound work patterns, enabling faster access to Cloud PCs without requiring any changes to user or admin workflows.

Additional regions for Windows 365 Frontline (shared)
Windows 365 Frontline in shared mode is now available in the following regions:

• Brazil – Brazil South
• Italy (EU) – Italy North
• Netherlands (EU) – West Europe
  These regions are now selectable in Windows 365 Frontline (shared) provisioning policies in Microsoft Intune.
