Neat Devices Update: New Features and Major Enhancements

New Features:

• Static IP on wired networks: Configure a static IPv4 when connected to a wired network via (Settings → General → System Settings → Network → Ethernet → Configure IPv4 (beta)).
• Accessibility features: Includes high contrast mode, large text, and color corrections accessible via (Settings → General → System Settings → Accessibility).
• Zoom Rooms 5.9 features: Introduces gender pronouns display and supports Neat Frame.

Enhancements:

• Increased maximum camera zoom on Neat Bar Pro: Zoom increased from 8x to 16x, configurable at (Settings → General → System Settings → Audio & video → Maximum zoom).
• Video quality improvements: Enhanced camera sharpness and reduced lens differences for better zooming experience.
• Audio quality improvements: Upgraded noise reduction and gain control algorithms.

Fixed Bugs:

• CUS-214: Added support for 44.1 kHz audio sampling rates via HDMI to resolve crackling effects.
• ZOOM-105: Fixed communication issue with Zoom cloud affecting Neat Sense data.

Open Issues:

• INBUGS-31: Certificate upload issue, work-around: copy only the certificate portion to a file and save as .pem/.cert.
• INBUGS-317: Timezone display issue when upgrading from an old release, work-around: factory reset devices.
• ZOOM-93: Unable to disable Zoom's 'Advanced Noise Suppression' affecting audio quality in 'Music mode'.
• INBUGS-856: Invalid static IP configuration leads to firmware pairing loss until a reset occurs.
• INBUGS-883: Proxy information appears blank after manual entry during OOB installation, but is saved.
• INBUGS-959: Inaccurate reflection of maximum zoom settings in Neat system settings.
• CUS-326: Some unsupported features can still be enabled but will have no effect on devices.

Update Instructions:

• Ensure to update to Zoom Room Appliance version: 5.9.4 (685) and Zoom Room Controller version: 5.9.3 (1069).
