Neat Devices Update: New Features and Fixes Released

New Features:

• Support for Polish language: Polish is now available on Neat devices.
• Auto Wake-up on Neat Bar Pro and Neat Frame: This feature, disabled by default, can be enabled in system settings.
• Screen standby on Neat Board: Customize screen-off wait time when no one is detected.
• Lock screen on Neat Frame: Requires a PIN to unlock when in standby.
• Screen reader option in accessibility settings: Reads out items when interacting with the device.
• Manual brightness slider in system settings: Brightness can now be adjusted with a slider.
• Firmware update notifications for Microsoft Teams: Notifications for available firmware upgrades.

Enhancements:

• Disable TLS 1.1 and 1.0: These protocols are now completely disabled.
• Neat Symmetry updates: Longer wait time for camera adjustments for improved stability.
• Neat Bar Pro AUX Ethernet port disabled: The auxiliary port can no longer establish a network connection.
• Removed Music mode from system settings: Enable it only through the remote access online portal.
• Other improvements: Enhancements to microphone gain, latency, loudspeaker EQ, and headset functionality.

Fixed Bugs:

• CUS-391: Resolved HDMI content issues during Teams calls.
• CUS-398: Camera defaults to auto-framing in Teams after Zoom calls.
• CUS-420: Fixed camera crashes during Zoom meetings.
• CUS-452: Resolved content display issue when shared via HDMI.
• CUS-481: Fixed default screen standby behavior issue on Neat Board.
• CUS-327: Keyboard prompt bug resolved for certain touch screen monitors. Factory reset required if previously affected.
• CUS-482: Resolved static noise in USB Mode on Neat Bar.
• CUS-484: Fixed background loss issue on Neat Board with auto wake-up.
• INBUGS-1519: Fixed video sending issues in Teams meetings.

Open Issues:

• INBUGS-31: 'Unable to verify certificate' message when uploading CA certificates. Workaround available.
• ZOOM-93: Unable to disable Zoom’s ‘Advanced Noise Suppression’. Investigating.
• CUS-326: Color correction configuration does not affect screen in this release.
• CUS-414: NTP server may revert after reboot. Factory reset workaround available.
• CUS-415: Unresponsive screen after standby mode; disabling auto wake-up can help.
