Neat Devices Update: Static IP, Zoom Improvements & More

New Features:

• Static IP on wired networks: Configure static IPv4 in Neat system settings (Settings → General → System Settings → Network → Ethernet → Configure IPv4 (beta)).
• Accessibility features: Includes high contrast mode, large text, and color corrections (Settings → General → System Settings → Accessibility).
• Support for Neat Frame: Additional compatibility introduced.
• Display gender pronouns: The option to display gender pronouns in contact cards (enabled by account admins).
• Transfer meetings between devices: Seamless transfer from mobile/desktop to a Personal Zoom Room device.

Enhancements:

• Increased maximum camera zoom on Neat Bar Pro: Zoom increased from 8x to 16x (Settings → General → System Settings → Audio & Video → Maximum zoom).
• Camera quality improvements: Enhanced sharpness and reduced differences between lenses on Neat Bar Pro.
• Improvements to large meeting experience: Enhancements added to better support large meetings.

Fixed Bugs:

• CUS-214: Added support for 44.1 kHz audio sampling rates through HDMI, resolving crackling issues.
• ZOOM-105: Resolved a communication issue affecting Neat Sense data reporting in the Zoom cloud.

Open Issues:

• INBUGS-31: ‘Unable to verify certificate’ message when uploading CA certificates. Work-around: copy the certificate part only.
• INBUGS-317: Incorrect timezone display when upgrading from old software releases. Work-around: factory reset Bar and Pad for correct timezone.
• ZOOM-93: Advanced Noise Suppression feature cannot be disabled, affecting 'Music mode' audio quality.
• INBUGS-856: Invalid static IP configurations cause firmware pairing loss, requiring reset for functionality.
• INBUGS-883: Manual proxy information appears blank during OOB installation but is saved correctly.
• INBUGS-959: Maximum zoom of 16x not reflected accurately in settings.
• CUS-326: Certain features can be enabled but are not fully supported, having no effect on devices.

Update Instructions:

• Update Zoom Room Appliance to version: 5.9.4 (685).
• Update Zoom Room Controller to version: 5.9.3 (1069).
