• USB Passthrough (beta): Connect Neat camera and microphone to a computer via USB-C for video conferencing.
• Neat Frame USB-C Headset Support: Detect headsets through the USB-C port.
• Neat Frame Bluetooth Headset Support (beta): Pair Bluetooth headsets by selecting from the Neat system settings.
• Neat Frame Ethernet support (beta): Connect to Ethernet using an Ethernet to USB-C cable connector.
• Software update notifications for Microsoft Teams: On-screen notifications for available Microsoft Teams upgrades.
• Zoom Rooms new features: Includes Zoom Whiteboard, UI updates, and persistent notifications for waiting room.

Enhancements:

• Auto-wake up default setting: Now enabled by default on newly installed Neat Boards.
• DHCP option 60 vendor class identifier: Enhances device identification on networks.
• General improvements: Enhancements to Bar Pro’s microphone, camera, and Neat Symmetry stability.

Fixed Bugs:

• CUS-244: Neat Bars no longer lose orientation when mounted upside down.
• CUS-264: Resolved Joining issue for Microsoft Teams with Neat Bar and Pad.
• CUS-269: Fixed blank screen issue in remote access web server post-login.
• CUS-275: Default resolution for second monitor changed to 1080p.
• CUS-739: Resolved various display and audio quality issues post firmware updates.

Open Issues:

• INBUGS-31: ‘Unable to verify certificate’ message when uploading certain CA certificates.
• ZOOM-93: Cannot disable Zoom’s ‘Advanced Noise Suppression’ feature.
• CUS-326: Enabling color correction features does not affect the screen.
• CUS-415: Neat Board’s screen may become unresponsive after sleep.

Update Instructions:

• Update your Neat device and enable USB Passthrough in system settings.
• For Bluetooth headsets, pair them via the Audio & Video settings.
• Restart the device following firmware updates for optimal performance.
