Neat Devices Receive Major Updates and Bug Fixes

New Features:

• Polish language support: The Polish language is now supported on Neat devices.
• Auto Wake-up feature: Available on Neat Bar Pro and Neat Frame, disabled by default.

Enhancements:

• Disable TLS 1.1 and 1.0: Completely disabled on Neat devices, improving security posture.
• Neat Symmetry updates: Longer wait time for camera adjustment, increased detection range on Neat Bar and Neat Board.
• Screen standby settings on Neat Board: Customize time before the screen turns off; various duration options offered.
• Lock screen on Neat Frame: New system lock screen requiring PIN entry for standby mode.
• Screen reader option: Added in accessibility settings, enhances device interaction experience.
• Manual brightness slider: Adjust brightness for Neat Pad, Frame, or Board.
• Firmware update notifications for Teams: On-screen alerts for available firmware upgrades.
• Removed Music mode: Can now only be enabled from the remote access online portal.
• Other improvements: Enhanced microphone gain, reduced latency, improved loudspeaker EQ, and HDMI content sharing.

Fixed Bugs:

• CUS-391: Resolved HDMI content acting as camera in Teams calls.
• CUS-398: Auto-framing defaulted for calls from Zoom via Direct Guest Join.
• CUS-420: Camera crashing issue during Zoom meetings mostly resolved.
• CUS-452: Fixed scaling issue causing Neat Bar Pro to display only a quarter of content.
• CUS-481: Screen standby behavior issue on Neat Board resolved.
• CUS-327: Keyboard prompt issue on specific touch screen monitors fixed.
• CUS-482: Static noise issue in USB Mode resolved.
• CUS-484: Default background issue in Teams on Neat Board fixed.
• INBUGS-1519: Video transmission issue in Teams meetings resolved.

Open Issues:

• INBUGS-31: Certificate verification error when uploading CA certificates with additional text.
• ZOOM-93: Unable to disable Zoom's Advanced Noise Suppression; investigation ongoing.
• CUS-326: Color correction options available but ineffective on display.
• CUS-414: NTP server setting may revert after reboot, requiring factory reset for persistence.
• CUS-415: Neat Board screen may become unresponsive in standby mode; disabling auto wake-up suggested.
