Reset device to factory settings?

Hello, I have heard that it is advisable to reset the device to factory settings after an update. How exactly can I do this?

open the Nureva Console client or log in to the Nureva Console cloud.
go to the device dashboard.
scroll down to Recovery and expand the menu
locate the option to restore to factory settings
click on the Reset button.
