Adds Some Changes For Less Blurry Video Along With Improved Security

• Changes from the Admin - Default Camera Settings set in the Meeting Owl App will now be automatically applied to the Owl's current meeting. Previously, these settings would have applied to future meetings only.
• Decreased the amount the Owl zooms in to see participants' faces, resulting in a less blurry video.

SECURITY

• Limited access to Internal Switchboard Port for internal use only.
• Restricted access to MQTT server by using device and client specific identifiers to ensure proper certificate authentication, securing IoT comms.
• Replaced .wav file used internally for speaker testing with copyright restriction.
• RESTful API to retrieve PII data will no longer be possible
• Removing access to PII from a previous owner in the UI when transferring a device from one account to another

Bug fixes

• Rebooting your Meeting Owl Pro will no longer clear the shifted panoramic center set in the Admin - Default Camera Settings of the Meeting Owl App.
• Enabling Presenter Enhance will no longer cause the Owl's video to pan unnecessarily high.
