Camera Connectivity Update: New Features and Bug Fixes

New Features:

• The "Power On Position" function has been added, allowing the camera to reproduce the last pan/tilt position upon startup.

Enhancements:

• At startup, the camera's green LED indicating power status may take longer to light.

Fixed Bugs:

• The issue of the camera not being recognized as a USB device, regardless of the power supply method (USB or PoE), has been resolved.
• Fixed a timing issue that delayed the startup of USB power supply and data communication when connected to a PC.
• Resolved the problem of video output from USB (UVC output) even when the camera is in Standby mode.
