Why I can't identify my lights?
I can't connect with my lights when I tried opening the Philips Hue app on my device. What could be the reason for this?

First you have to do is go to Settings > Light setup > tap on "+" in your Philips Hue app and search for your lights automatically. If in case you can't found the lights , you can do a manual search and follow the onscreen instructions. In doing this, you will need the 6 digit serial number of the bulb which can be found on the lamp base.
