Why I can't login to my account?
What should I do if I can't login to my Hue account in the Philips Hue app? Any idea how to fix this?

If you can't login to your Hue account, you need to check if your Hue bridge is powered. Then check the settings in your Hue account if your Hue bridge is connected.
Philips was aware of this issue and fixed the problem with an update (version: 3.17)
