CCX Phones Update Adds New Features and Resolves Issues

New Features:

  • Change the Base Profile on CCX Phones: Administrators can select any base profile for CCX400, CCX500, or CCX600 models, allowing switches between Microsoft and Generic (OpenSIP) profiles.

  • Speakerphone audio may drop during high-volume calls.
  • Calling:
  • Issues with parking calls and incorrect model number display.
  • Device Management:
  • Issues with Bluetooth name settings and Telnet login failures.
  • Interoperability:
  • Problems with Poly OTD and Bluetooth headset issues.
