Fixed Bugs:
- Calling: First outgoing call on CCX 500 phones after reboot doesn't play ringback tone or illuminate icons.
- Configuration: Auto off hook number doesn't take effect unless manually rebooted.
- Configuration: CCX phones with an unreachable provisioning server may enter a reboot loop if the phone crashes.
- Networking: Failure to parse SCEP requests using indefinite-length BER encoding in PKCS#7 payloads.
- Provisioning: Phone fails to establish a HTTPS connection with the ZTP server at startup.
Open Issues:
- User Interface: CCX phones using Genband GlobalAddress Book clip the display of Submit and View softkeys.
- Interoperability: Poly Lens dashboards show the private IP of CCX phone as "unknown".
- User Interface: Delayed icon update from active call to hold icon when a call is on hold.
- Audio: Brief audio disruption for first call after reboot using Bluetooth connected Poly Voyager Focus set (B825).
- Provisioning: CCX phones may reboot loop with unreachable provisioning server (Workaround: Correct or delete the provisioning server address using the Web Configuration interface or phone menu).
- Hardware: Phone lock feature’s expiry timer not extending during menu navigation.
- Diagnostics: Trace route tool does not return results from Settings > Diagnostics > Network menu.
- Networks: Poly web proxy fails to process PAC files with FQDNs containing Y or Z characters, leading to Teams authentication failure.
