Zoom Phone Support Added for Poly CCX Phones

New Features:

  • Zoom Phone Support: Poly CCX phones now support Zoom Phone for Unified Communications Services (UCS).

Enhancements:

Fixed Bugs:

  • Calling: Periodically, switching the call audio terminal during a call may cause the phone to reboot.
  • Device Management: When Persistent Mute is enabled (`feature.persistentMute.enabled="1"`) on a CCX 400 phone, the Mute LED doesn't synchronize with the phone's mute status.
  • Device Management: Telnet breaks when an incorrect username or password is entered during login.
  • Interoperability: Poly CCX phones unable to connect to Poly Lens while in the Microsoft Teams base profile.
  • Peripherals: Some Bluetooth sets intermittently disconnect from the phone, then reconnect.
  • Provisioning: Unable to provision CCX phones with MTLS enabled.
  • User Interface: Lock screen reappears if users unlock the phone before the No internet... message disappears.
  • User Interface: Setting `feature.wifiUserSettings.enabled` to 0 in the configuration file does not hide the Wi-Fi menu item under Settings > Basic.
  • User Interface: Incorrect Dutch translation for Consultation as Doorschakelen and Transfer as Overleg in active calls.
  • User Interface: Instant messages do not display properly.
  • Video: Camera may stop sending video for up to 12 seconds under certain circumstances.

Open Issues:

  • ? API: The `/api/v1/mgmt/simulateTouch` API does not allow the Search field to gain focus on Poly Trio or Poly CCX phones.
  • ? Device Management: Soft keys cannot be disabled from the system web interface.
  • ? Device Management: CCX phones unable to switch IP modes.
  • ? Device Management: The Call Back EFK always displays, even if the last call wasn't completed.
  • ? User Interface: Screens on Poly CCX 400, CCX 500, and CCX 600 phones may take several seconds to wake from power-saving mode when running the Teams base profile.
  • ? User Interface: Phone reboots when enabling Wi-Fi; display may get stuck on Obtaining IP address during first Wi-Fi connection.
