Update failed firmware 8.1.3.1301 to 8.1.5.1732 ?

We have a fleet of ccx500s that I have been trying to update for a few days and some of the ccx500s do not accept the new version of firmware (old 8.1.3.1301) 8.1.5.1732. Have you ever encountered this problem?
I have already tried to reboot the ccx500 and run the update again but nothing changes.

The error is not directly known. From experience I can say that some devices do not like a larger version jump or do not like a certain version jump. Try jumping to version 8.1.4 and then on to 8.1.5. If that doesn't help either. You may have to reset the device to factory settings, then install an update directly without making a major configuration and then set it up again.
