Microsoft Teams Update for Poly CCX Media Phones Released

New Features:
- Support for Microsoft Teams app version 1449/1.0.94.2021022403 for Poly CCX 400, CCX 500, and CCX 600 business media phones.
Enhancements:
- Enhancements include system improvements for the Poly CCX series.
Fixed Bugs:
- Resolved delayed response during call state transitions on Poly CCX 400 and CCX 500 business media phones.
Open Issues:
- Users can't use screen capture after enabling it in the Device Settings or Teams Administration Center.
- Executing a 'lfu' command on CCX 400 and CCX 500 phones intermittently does not update the boot server with the latest logs.
- After rebooting with TalkBack enabled, the setting appears off despite TalkBack being active.
- On the CCX 400 phone, the touchscreen may become unresponsive after extended inactivity.
- Users are unable to switch between handset, speaker, or set during active calls on Microsoft Teams via the touchscreen.
