Microsoft Teams Update for Poly CCX Phones Released

New Features:

• Support for Microsoft Teams app version 1449/1.0.94.2021022403 on Poly CCX 400, CCX 500, and CCX 600.

Enhancements:

• System improvements included with the Microsoft Teams updates.

Open Issues:

• Device Management: Users can't use screen capture after enabling in the Device Settings or Teams Administration Center.
• Logs: Intermittently, the 'lfu' command on CCX 400 and CCX 500 phones fails to update the boot server with current system logs.
• User Interface: TalkBack setting appears off after a reboot, despite being enabled.
• User Interface: CCX 400 touchscreen may become unresponsive after prolonged inactivity.
• User Interface: Users unable to toggle between handset, speakerphone, or set during active calls on Microsoft Teams.
