  • Device Management: You can now use screen capture after enabling it in the Device Settings administrator menus or Teams Administration Center.

Fixed Bugs:

  • ✔ ️ Device Management: Screen capture functionality enabled successfully.
  • ✔ ️ Network: Phone's caCertList3 factory configuration now updates from Platform 3 to All.
  • ✔ ️ Network: Poly Trio now includes BSSID information for HELD location queries to SIP servers during registration.
  • ✔ ️ Network: Corrected default value for device.sec.TLS.profile.caCertList3, resolving an 802.1x authentication failure.

Open Issues:

  • ? Audio: Trio system configured within a Zoom Room PC may not provide audio for Zoom calls using Microsoft Teams Join feature.
  • ? Audio: Poly Trio ringback tone may not play for initial outgoing Teams calls after a reboot.
  • ? Calendar: Meetings scheduled via OTD for BlueJeans Network may show incorrect time for All Day events.
  • ? Device Management: System web interface may display incorrect time when device time zone is changed.
  • ? Hardware: Green LEDs on Poly Trio may remain illuminated after disconnecting from Skype for Business.
  • ? Network: Trio system may receive broadcast packets from the default VLAN when configured for VLAN usage.
  • ? User Interface: Wi-Fi enabling may cause phone to reboot; display may freeze on Obtaining IP address.
  • ? User Interface: Wi-Fi connection status may incorrectly report not connected to the cloud server.
  • ? User Interface: System web interface does not display correct time if device time zone is changed.
