Version 1.3.2 Fixes issue on adding a Studio USB to Poly’s cloud portal

Resolved Issue:
Provisioning - Issues adding a 1.3.0 Poly Studio USB video bar to Polycom Device Management Services for Enterprises.
Open Issues:
- Audio - A Poly NoiseBlock issue sometimes causes the far end to hear noises when no one is talking.
- Audio - Users may hear the music cut out or the volume may change when Stereo mode is off and the far end shares stereo music in a call.
- Bluetooth - It takes a long time to wake the remote control when you stream music via Bluetooth.
- Bluetooth - Using a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network may cause the Bluetooth connection between the Poly Studio and a Mac to automatically disconnect.
- Bluetooth - PolyStudio may fail to auto-connect to an available Wi-Fi network that was previously saved if the Poly Studio fails to connect to a new Wi-Fi network due to incorrect settings or connects to a new Wi-Fi network and then forgets it.
- Remote Control - The remote control takes 1-3 seconds to wake up.
- Remote Control - The camera doesn't move in the direction that the user indicates from the remote control when users press the pan left/right buttons from the Polycom Companion app interface and then use the remote control to pan left or right.
- Tracking - Speaker tracking being insensitive in an ultrasonic environment.
- Tracking - Tracking mode stops working if the USB video bar runs for more than a month.
- Upgrade - The Update from Local File button disappeared from the Polycom Companion app when the video is active.
- Upgrade - Local files upgrading from the Polycom Companion app sometimes fails.
- Video - Users may notice objects edged with thin colorful lines.
