  • Microsoft Teams Enhancements: Improved video transmission stability, touchscreen configuration for monitors, support for 1080p and 540p video resolution, three simulcast video streams, video improvements in low-light conditions.
  • Support for Zoom Rooms 5.6.6: Compatible with Poly VideoOS software 3.5.0 for G7500, Studio X50, and Studio X30 systems.
  • Native Interoperability with BlueJeans: Enhanced compatibility for Studio X50 and X30 with BlueJeans beta software.
  • Support for New USB Cameras: Additional USB camera support for Poly video applications.
  • Saving Logs to Internal Storage: Configure systems to write logs internally for two weeks.

Enhancements:

  • Camera Improvements: Enhanced pan, tilt, and zoom for USB cameras, support for the Logitech Rally USB camera, and calibration of EagleEye Producer group framing.
  • Support for Pairing TC8 with Wi-Fi: Allows pairing when using Wi-Fi as the primary network, with TC8 on the same subnet.

Fixed Bugs:

  • Calling: Resolved issue with unexpected call termination in Microsoft Teams.
  • Device Management: Fixed multiple Application Management cards appearing during software updates.
  • General: Addressed video transmission stoppages when rebooting connected computers.
  • Network: Fixed SRV lookups and static IP address assignment issues.
  • User Interface: Addressed issues with content status notifications and character input behavior in TC8.
  • Video: Resolved flickering and reduced image quality issues during Microsoft Teams calls.

Open Issues:

  • Application: Studio X30 loses connection when using Wi-Fi with an Ubee DVW232CB router.
  • Audio: Temporary disconnection of Poly Microphone IP Adapter during log downloads.
  • Device Management: Device Mode unregisters gatekeeper and SIP registrar server.
  • Peripherals: Recent call history issues and unmuting problems with Shure microphones.
  • Provisioning: Constraints on provisioning exchange.meeting.reminderInterval in RealPresence Resource Manager.

Update Instructions:

  • Configure the system to enable Wi-Fi pairing and log settings before the two-week logging period expires.
  • Ensure proper installation of the Microsoft Teams and Zoom Rooms applications to utilize new features and enhancements effectively.
